You can now manage your communications with CCC's Customer Resource Center through our support web site. To do so, get your Customer Number and password from CCC, then go to http://support.cccsoft.com.

Providing extraordinary customer support on which your business can consistently depend is our goal. To that end, our Customer Resource Center and our Quality Assurance departments are managed jointly, so that our support personnel are always well informed of new product functionality.

In addition, each new go-live on our software is coupled with a Customer Resource Technicain dedicated ONLY to your association for 60-days.

CCC offers four levels of support to suit your individual needs. With all levels, CCC’s Customer Resource Technicians are readily available to provide technical support and guidance on any number of support issues. When it comes to making those tough decisions, you can count on the expertise of CCC’s staff to guide you through.

We always have TIME for you!
CCC's Customer Resource Center is available 12 hours per day. Support technicians will be on call to receive communications from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time during normal business days. Phone messages should be left at extension 306. CCC also accepts faxes to 480-837-7003 or emails to support@cccsoft.com

In addition to normal business hours, you can elect to purchase emergency support services for those times you feel you need CCC to be just a phone call away. Please contact CCC for more information on emergency services.

Please note that CCC's Arizona operator (Dial "0") is available only during normal business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm MST).
