A CUE (Catch Us Exceeding) sent in from Jill Marino, CFO at the YMCA of Reading and Berks County, Reading, PA: We have been working with CCC now for just shy of a year, from our initial meeting with Terry Hartenstine last August, all the way through our Go Live in April, and now beyond with our ongoing support. All of the CCC staff have provided excellent service, but I have to say, Sue Everett has been great. Particularly today, I had two support issues that were resolved quickly and professionaly, and I wanted her to have the appropriate recognition for that. The key for me is that if my work flow is not delayed, meaning I can continue on with what I need to get accomplished without feeling like I am waiting for a support response, then I feel I have gotten good support. Sue goes beyond that, I don't really feel like I miss a beat, since she responds fast and her respnses solve my problems or answer my questions. Thank, Sue! Very Informative Seminar! Below is one of 2 member e-mails we received within the first 1/2 hour. We had over 200 web registrations in the 1st hour and a half. And there's been a steady trickle ever since. Spirits are pretty high here and we just wanted to include you all in the revelry! First day WebTIME program registrations totaled 79% of the daily registrations. Opening day statistics clearly illustrate that our members were “ready” for us to move to WebTIME. “I wanted to take a moment and provide some feedback on the online registration process. It took me approximately 5 minutes from start to finish to register my son for a fall class. I had been registering him in person for the last several sessions, and it has taken me well over an hour using the old lottery system--the lines seemed to keep getting longer and longer every time I went. I love the new online system and hope that you will continue to use it for future registration. It can't get any easier! Thank you.” All aspects of financials in one software package! "In the past we used Y-Ware for membership, Y-Vision for general ledger/accounts payable and QuickBooks Pro for payroll,” says Denise Adams, business director for the Palestine YMCA. “Having all aspects of the financials in one software package will be a real time saver. CCC also will help eliminate the chance for mistakes and provide us with accurate and timely financials." Extremely positive! “The initial results are extremely positive. Recruiting membership and registering program participants has moved faster than before,” adds Mike Adams, Palestine YMCA maintenance director, who was responsible for leading the CCC implementation. Astounding! “The reporting abilities are astounding,” adds Amy Kaiser, Palestine YMCA’s membership director. “My staff and I feel that the new CCC software is going to help us as we continue to grow. But in more ways than just tracking numbers… it’s the attention to detail. It’s great to use the data to help us bond with our membership. The other morning while working at our scan desk, a member scanned in and the screen read ‘Happy Birthday’. Imagine that! To be able to wish our members a happy birthday on the spot! We look forward to increasing our knowledge of this tool to ensure the future and prosperity of the Palestine YMCA.” Robust Child Care and Integrated Accounting modules! Danielle Bradley, Operations Director for the Wallingford Family YMCA, states “Our decision to go with CCC was based on their robust child care module and integrated accounting modules. With only a few months of being live and with CCC behind us, we are confident that CCC will allow us better reporting options and overall better customer service.” Enjoyed our Visit! Helen Fricke, Business Manager for the La Crosse Family YMCA in La Crosse, Wisconsin, states the reason Christensen Computer Company was selected as their software provider was that CCC's software was a complete package". Chosen over several others! Kathryn Tharp, Controller and Operations Director for the West End YMCA in Ontario, California felt that CCC's software was a staff friendly system.
